Old Newspaper Comics or funnies were not what
you see in the modern newspapers of today. They featured comic
strips that are long gone. Here you will find The Newlyweds and
Their Baby - Whisk - Papa Is Mad At The Lender and one you may
have heard - Buster Brown. They also had some great variety of
political comics. For the sake of bandwidth and page load time,
the entire strip will not be featured. Instead a frame of the
strip will be used for illustration purposes. The comic strips
of the day were not the one or two line format used today. Most
of the were half page, having 15 frames or more.
